ABOUT OUR CLASSES

STAGECOACH SCHEDULING

Our "school year" programs (from September to the end of April) run as day programs for under 5 year olds or after school and on Fridays.  We follow the School District 64 calendar and take the same holidays and breaks.   Our registration pages have information on any black out dates or make-up classes for the current season.

COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILIES

We rely heavily on e-mail to communicate with families. 

Please make sure we have your most recent address.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

Water bottles

Snacks

Some classes and camps may require more.  We will let you know if the welcome letter.

 

DANCE:

Please wear leotards and tights or form fitting t-shirts, leggings and thin socks under your ballet or jazz shoes. No bare feet, please.

Shoes in various sizes may be available to borrow or for trade-in.
Please secure longer hair in a bun and pin or clip with bangs and wisps away from your faces.

CLASSROOM CONDUCT

Only registered students are allowed to attend our classes.  Even if a trial has been agreed to the registration form must be completed.

Family members in the classroom is by invitation only (recital, open house). We understand that younger children may need the support of a loved one on the first day.  If your child needs assistance beyond that please let us know and we will create a plan.

Please be on time for drop of and pick-up. 

Please ensure your emergency contact information is current.

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLED CLASSES

Our classes are run with a focus on ensemble and team building.  Registration means a commitment to the full course.  If your child will miss a class due to illness or vacation, please let us know.

​If a class is cancelled (snow day, teacher illness) you will be notified by email and we will post on social media.  We do not offer make-up classes for weather related closures.
