HOW TO REGISTER
The link to register for our classes is located on the individual pages for each class type. Go to the main menu and you'll find everything under the "Our Classes" tab.
Clicking on the "Register" button for the preferred class will take you to Zeffy, to complete the form and pay your deposit.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION
Occasionally a class is cancelled due to low enrollment if it isn't possible to combine it with another class.
Should this happen your deposit and any tuition paid will be returned to you or can be transferred to another class at your request.

GRANTS & TUITION ASSISTANCE
StageCoach Rising Star Grant The Rising Star Grant offer a tuition reduction to those who qualify.
This ranges between $50 and $200 off the total (depending on program cost and enrollment.

WILL MY CHILD GET TO PERFORM?
Yes, all classes will perform at the annual AGM and in the year end showcase.

IS MY RETURNING CHILD GUARANTEED PLACEMENT IN THE NEXT YEAR'S CLASSES?
Returning students (from the previous year) receive priority registration one week before registration opens to the public. During this priority registration period, enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved, and placement is subject to availability at the time of registration.

HOW IS MY CHILD'S AGE DETERMINED FOR CLASS PLACEMENT?
Students are placed according to their age as of December 31 of the registration year unless otherwise specified for a particular program.

DOES REGISTRATION GUARANTEE PLACEMENT?
Registration for any class does not guarantee placement. All registrations are reviewed by the instructional team to ensure the student is placed in the best class for their age and experience.

CAN I MAKE A EXCEPTION OR SPECIAL ACCOMODATION REQUEST?
Any exemptions, placement changes or special requests need to be submitted by email to the school administration. All requests are reviewed on an individual basis and approval of the request is not guaranteed.

HOW ARE PLACEMENT DECISIONS MADE?
Placement decisions are made collaboratively by the Artistic Director and teaching staff, with the goal of setting each child up for success based on their development, readiness, and the dynamics of the group.
